Yahweh's Assembly
in Yahshua

“…You shall

rejoice before Yahweh your Elohim seven days,”

              —Lev 23:40

Blessed 2010 Feast of Tabernacles in Trinidad!

At sunset of the 23rd of September, 2010 we welcomed the beginning Sabbath of the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot). With a prayer from Elder Joseph and the sounding of the shofar, the congregation sang of being ‘echad’; that is, one, recognizing our unity in Messiah Yahshua. This was a central element of Sukkot this year.

On the first Sabbath, our joy and anticipation in appearing before Yahweh our Father was further kindled as we reflected on the lessons over the year from Torah study. We looked on the Feast as an ideal opportunity to walk in, and exercise the lessons of love, being gracious and seeking peace. These were seen in the kitchen while both men and women prepared meals, while we ate, and especially during the worship sessions.

We also saw the immersion of a new sister [name removed at her request] on Wednesday the 29th of September, 2010 (Day six of the Feast). She had travelled from the U.S.A. to be immersed in Yahshua. Let’s remember our sister in prayer and ask for Elohim to increase her understanding of His set-apart ways and that she be empowered by His Spirit to fruitfulness in Yahshua!

There were also some very introspective messages during the Feast. We were reminded of our identity in Yahshua – that we have been made righteous by Yahweh and that we are to walk in His righteous ways. We were also reminded of the observances for Sukkot such as the dwelling in booths, using and waving palms before Yahweh in the Feast, and of our expectation to see King Yahshua tabernacle amongst us in the Age to come. There was much that was learned so that many would leave the Feast with their hearts pierced and strengthened  to renew the walk of faith in applying ourselves to study and to perform the righteousness of Yahweh’s torah.

...exhort one

another daily, while it is called today;

lest any of you be

hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

Though the 2010 Feast of Tabernacles is now well past us, the memories of coming before Yahweh will be remembered forever.

Consider planning now for next year’s Feast, where Yahweh has placed His Name,  and be a blessing to Him  and His people.

Website Front Page

The YAIY website is about to get a new front page. It looks like it will be ready before the end of December. We trust you’ll appreciate the visual appeal and user friendly layout.

We thank Yahweh for providing the means and talent to aid in His work. Let us know what other improvements we can make to help you and others that are  searching out the truth of Yahweh’s Word.

DVDs Getting Visual Aids

A used and inexpensive color projector was found prior to the Feast of Tabernacles, at the request of a member for a Feast presentation and has now been incorporated into the Sabbath Service messages presented and recorded at Kingdom City, MO.

The projector is nothing fancy, and doesn’t even have a remote, but it does allow us to show text, maps, images, etc., as appropriate, to visually enhance the learning experience.

If you are receiving CDs and would like to receive the DVDs instead, just let us know. One can also view these in High Quality (HQ) video online. We invite those who would like to receive the DVDs on a monthly basis for free, to contact us, today.

Calendars Through 2018

We’ve had some requests for YAIY calendars going beyond just the next year to help those who make long term plans/appointments, so as to not interfere with the appointed times of Yahweh. While the projected dates are an estimate for the North American Region and are usually spot on, we still must view the agricultural aspects (Abib) and the new moons (first visible crescent) to know for sure the dates are correct.

These calendars are available now online for those that would like to download them or print them out. The hardcopies of the 2011 calendar are available without charge from us for those without the ability to print them out from online.

Sing Along Videos

A new believer has been moved to create some videos based upon the Sing Along CDs that we’ve done at the Feast of Tabernacles in years past. These new videos will include the words to the songs. It will be easier to sing along as the words come up as they need to be sung. We are planning to add these to the website as they become available and a new DVD will also soon be forthcoming.

We’re are also planning on having a new 2010 Sing Along CD, as well, which should be available by the end of the month. These will also be available online for downloading and playing.

“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”   —Luke 6:38

Dominica Building Needed

The following is an unedited e-mail we received from our sister assembly in Dominica:

We Yahweh's New Covenant Assembly in Dominica (, a religious non-profit organization, are lacking the funds to complete the concrete casting of the first upper floor of a concrete building we are erecting as our new building for worship. Our plywood temporal building in which we are presently gathering for worship is slowly but surely rotting away and collapsing at a speed which seems could have time happen before the said casting project is complete. The form work onto which to pour the concrete, I'm noticing, seems to be already succumbing to the numerous rain showers for the length of time the wooden structure for the casting is exposed to the rain. We are held up at present with a little under one third of the first upper floor already cast, due to the lack of funds to reach to a completion of this casting project at least. Is only if and when funds/donations is being injected into our Building Fund we are able to advance a little bit further, a little bit further and a little bit further. It's over eight years now since we've embarked on this project. The stage of at least seeing the casting of the first upper floor completed is yet to be arrived at to this point in time. The exterior walls are so far in place, thank Yahweh! The plastering, windows and doors will be the next project at hand after the concrete casting of the first upper floor is completed.

Our worship premises is in Savanne Park (opposite Operation Youth Quake; near the Dominica Community High School; close to Louisville), Roseau for those who may wish to have a look and prove for themselves the rotting away and collapsing condition of our plywood temporal building and the distance we are at with our concrete new building from eight years ago to date.

Your prayers, we believe, will work a great deal to seeing this our work for Yahweh arriving to a completion. Through continuing to obey Yahweh and praying and fasting, we were able to acquire a piece of land about ten years ago from the Government for purchase, succeed in obtaining a loan to purchase it and to have recently completed the repayment of that loan. So to, through prayers and fasting and your prayers, by faith in Yahweh Yireh, will we financially be able to at least complete the concrete casting of the first upper floor even before this Bible calendar (leap?) year (of thirteen moons-moonths-months?) comes to end.

                                                                                                                                                         Shalom and Yahweh bless,

                                                                                                                                                         Augustus Paul
